Clinton Siedenburg has over 37 years of experience in developing solutions to technical problems especially in, but not limited to, underwater acoustics and ultrasound applications. He has proven success in solving problems on his own or as a member working in concert with others. He also has been instrumental as a manager of a small group as well as at a director level of an organization of over 40 team members.
Clinton Siedenburg enjoys tackling difficult problems, ascends the learning curve quickly, strategizes how best to drive a solution, and then implements the chosen solution until resolved. With his technical leadership, he has also been instrumental in putting derailed projects back on track to successful release.
Clinton Siedenburg also develops intellectual property to improve company value and helps drive technical roadmap strategies to leverage the inherent capital already present in the company. He writes with clarity, communicates well with others, and engages transparently.
